Warp & Hearth (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you design a rug, reserve a sample, or contact us — and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a design brief or contact us, we collect your name, your email address, and what you share about your commission — your written vision, your style, size, quality, pile finish, and palette choices, your budget range, and any inspiration or room photos you upload.
If you reserve a corner sample, checkout is hosted by our payment processor; your card details go directly to them and never touch this site. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your design concepts and estimate, to craft your corner sample, to coordinate your commission and its delivery, and to reply when you write to us.
To render your concepts, the design brief you provide — your description and design preferences, never your name or contact details — is processed by the AI image service we use to draw them.
Sharing
We share details only with the service providers needed to run the atelier: our payment processor for sample fees and rug payments, our email provider for correspondence, and the AI image service that renders your concepts. We never share your information for advertising.
